Are your plush friends suitable for young children?
Our plush friends have a playful and unconventional shape, which is intended primarily for adult customers with a sense of humor. They are made of safe materials, so they will not harm children, but we recommend that parents consider the appropriateness according to age and context. If you are looking for a plush toy for young children, we will be happy to advise you on more suitable models.
What are the payment options in the e-shop?
You can conveniently pay in several ways in our e-shop: by card in advance, cash on delivery, bank transfer, or modernly via Google Pay and Apple Pay. We try to offer the greatest flexibility to make your order fast, safe and without unnecessary complications. Choose the payment method that suits you best!
How long does it take to deliver an order?
Your order is ready for shipment no later than the next business day after payment confirmation. The delivery time depends on the selected shipping company and the destination address, but usually ranges between 1 and 3 business days. Once we ship the package, we will send you a tracking number so you can conveniently track the delivery.
Can I return or exchange my stuffed animal? How do I do that?
Yes, you can return your stuffed animal within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason – just send it back to us in its original condition and packaging. Exchange for a different size is also possible, just contact us and we will arrange the details. We will be happy to help you make your new stuffed animal exactly how you want it!

Do you have a brick-and-mortar store where I can view the stuffed animals?
We currently do not have a brick-and-mortar store in order to keep our prices as low as possible and offer you our plush toys at the best possible prices. You can find all products conveniently on our e-shop, where you will find detailed descriptions and photos, and we will be happy to help you with your selection via online support. Can I order a larger quantity from you or for a corporate event?
Of course! We have a large number of plush friends in stock and we will be happy to help you with an order for a corporate event or other larger occasion. For large quantities, please contact us directly - we will arrange an individual price and discount to make your order as favorable as possible. We look forward to working with you!
